Episode 1 - Lightning and Space Turds

In this episode, Herman and Grant discussed Marvel Premier #1, in which the mysterious and powerful being previously known only as Him begins a new life as Adam Warlock. In a tale by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane that is very much a sci-fi take on Biblical references, Adam becomes the cosmic messiah of Counter Earth at the behest of that world's creator, the High Evolutionary. For our "Lightning Strikes Twice" segment, Grant and Herman each discussed a favorite comic book issue from times past. Grant covered Uncanny X-Men #222, which features two interwoven stories, one of the X-Men battling the Marauders, including the Malice-possessed Polaris, in San Francisco, and the other of Storm fighting the supernatural
